Medical Marijuana Vs Synthetic - Differences Between the Two

These controversial little beans are one of the most genetically engineered organic products available, probably only slightly behind roses. The amazing characteristics along with the sheer number of different strains of seed available make them one of the most interesting and most daunting collections to begin.

One of the quests some collectors undertake is to try and find their perfect cannabis seed. Every different strain holds a different set of attributes which will combine to provide you with the perfect seed that matches your taste. Here is what to look for...

THC

THC stands for 'Tetrahydrocannabinol'. This is the main psychoactive component found in a fully grown cannabis plant and when you look for seeds you will see the THC percentage listed. While your seeds won't contain any actual THC, every strain has been designed to reliably produce a plant that will have this level of THC. If you are lucky enough to live in a country where growing cannabis is legal you will be able to test it out. If you are not, you will have to make do with your perfect seed having the potential to produce certain levels of THC.

Yield

Another thing you might like to know about your cannabis seed is how much cannabis it could make if it were legal to grow it. Yield is normally measured in grams and is worked out by the average yield found by the breeder. If you like to know your seed could produce a high yield this is an attribute you might like to look at.

Strain

Choosing a strain is not just about the vital statistics though. You find fairly similar THC and yield levels on different cannabis seeds so you need to pick a strain you like. A good way to do this is to look at ones that have won legitimate awards for quality. The most prestigious of which is certainly the High Times Cannabis Cup. Each year they judge what seed bank and what individual cannabis seed is the best of the year. Feminized seeds are probably the most de rigueur at the moment.

Delivery

The last and most practical thing you should look for in a marijuana seed is how easily you can get it delivered. You should expect your perfect seeds to be delivered for free and very discreetly.

Testing for marijuana use is becoming more and more popular on the job market today. Not only for health reasons, but also for safety issues. For those of you who are not familiar with marijuana, it is a greenish-gray mixture of the dried, shredded leaves, stems, seeds, and flowers of the hemp plant, Cannabis sativa. It is typically smoked in hand-rolled cigarettes (joints), cigars (blunts), pipes, or water pipes (bongs). The active ingredient in marijuana is delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is responsible for the potency and effects of marijuana intoxication. Over the past two decades, THC levels of marijuana in the United States have increased.

There hasn't been a formula discovered to compute how long it takes a person to rid their system of THC. There are only guidelines and even they are somewhat arbritrary.

When testing for marijuana use, it is determined how clear the THC is in a person's system by the following factors: frequency of use of marijuana, duration of use of marijuana, amount of marijuana smoked and the potency of the marijuana. seeds bank
